Dwight & LaDonna

We are very pleased with our home buying experience with Michele Shinedling as our realtor. We have bought several homes over our lifetime and have dealt with at variety of realtors over the course of doing so.  Michele is honest, professional, and has a personality that invokes warmth and friendship. She learned our likes and dislikes quickly. The time we spent with her was very productive. The homes she presented to us were mostly homes that fell into our like column. She is able to point out the pros and cons of a home and has the ability to also see the potential in a home. When we finally found a home we could settle on Michele handled the negotiations, and paperwork without a glitch. When we come in contact with anyone either selling or buying a home we strongly recommend Michele Shinedling to them. The home we bought using Michele is probably going to be our last home – as we really, really like it and the property, neighborhood, etc… but if we were to ever be in the market again, we will definitely use Michele.
