Let’s look at the Housing Market Recovery Index. This analysis measures four things: 1) the demand for homes; 2) housing inventory, meaning the number of homes on the market; 3) It analyzes pricing – whether homes prices going up or down; and 4) The Housing Recovery Index measures the length of time a home is active on market.
There are some things to keep an eye on. I’ll keep you updated on that with information over the next few months. Overall, the market is still great and buyers are out there ready to buy.
